Monday: Home Freshmen Game vs. Coe Brown. Game time is 5:15. Meet Coach Colligan in the classroom @ 4:30. Road JV Game @ Kearsarge. Game time is 5:00. Bus leaves at 3:15. Be ready to and in the gym lobby at 3:05.

Tuesday: Home JV game vs. Hanover. Game time is 5:00. Meet in weight room at 3:45 to foam roll followed by team meeting in classroom. Freshmen: no practice, but please stretch and roll if you have a chance. You have a long week of games.

Wednesday: Final Freshmen game vs. Keene. Game time is 5:00. Meet Coach Colligan in the classroom @ 4:15. JV: We will do a recovery day with Varsity from 3:30 to 5:00 followed by supporting our freshmen team.

Thursday: Home Freshmen game vs. Pembroke. Game time is 3:30. Be changed and in the classroom by 3:00. JV: No practice, no game, but stay to support our teams: Freshmen at 3:30 and Varsity at 6:30. 

Friday: Enjoy the weekend! Stretch, roll, hydrate, recover!

Monday: Freshmen home game vs Pinkerton. Game time is 3:30. Meet Coach Colligan in classroom ASAP after school. JV: we're watching the first half of the Freshmen game and then practicing with Varsity in the back gym until 5:30.

Tuesday: JV game @ Milford. Game time is 5:00. Bus leaves at 3:45. Be in gym lobby by 3:30. No freshmen practice.

Wednesday: Freshmen home game vs Coe-Brown. Game time is 5:15. Meet Coach Colligan in the classroom at 4:30. JV: Recovery Day with Varsity: 3:30 to 5:00. Meet in classroom: Film/Stats/Stretch/Lift

Thursday: Rest day. No practices. Please do some recovery work: static stretching and rolling, especially freshmen as you've had a busy week!

Friday: Freshmen game @ Kennett. Game time is 5:00. Bus leaves at 12:45. Dismissal is at 12:30. This is a long trip, so plan accordingly! JV: Practice with Varsity from 3:30 to 5:30.

Tuesday: Whole program meet at Mountain View for 3:30 middle school game. Try to get there for 3:15.

Wednesday: Practice from 3:00 - 4:00 in the back gym.

Thursday: Home Freshmen game vs. Portsmouth. Game time is 5:15. Meet with Coach Colligan in class at 4:30. JV: be in gym by 5:00 to support your program! Practice with Varsity, time TBD.

Friday: Freshmen game @ Bedford. Game time is 4:00. Bus is TBD. JV practice with varsity, time TDB.

Wednesday 1/3/18: Practice is TBD. There is a wrestling meet in the main gym, so we will be in the back gym. Time is yet to be determined.

Thursday 1/4/18: Freshmen game @ Pembroke. Game time is 4:30. Bus leaves at 3:15. JV will practice with Varsity, time TBD.

Friday 1/5/18: JV game @ Plymouth. Game time is 4:30. Bus leaves at 2:40. Dismissal is 2:25. No Freshmen practice.
