The 2016 Co-Ed Bass Fishing Team comprised of Senior Mchale Bridgeman, Freshmen Colby Bartolucci, Mark Lajeunesse and Nick Martin, along with volunteer captain Alan Cushing and Coach Fountain loaded up their bus with tackle boxes, rods and reels early Thursday morning to compete  in the NHIAA Qualifying round of the Co-Ed Bass Fishing State Tournament.  The team fished in Moultonborough Bay from 8am till 2pm.  coming away with 3.89 pounds of fish, two large mouth and one small  mouth bass.  Although the team came up shy of the championship tournament held Saturday, October 1st on Lake Winnisquam, they are looking forward to possibly competing together again next fall.  The team wanted to thank Captain Alan Cushing for allowing them to participate this fall, as without his volunteerism the team wouldn't have been able to compete.
