First period of the last home game, Lebanon’s Nick Haidari passed the puck from behind to Tanner Simms, and Simms scored at 9:10.  The puck was mostly at the Lebanon zone during the first period, Lebanon’s goalie, Chad Fazio stopped the shots.  At 5:09, Lebanon’s Nate Damren scored from Nate Garlepy.  At 3:05, Sam Greenwood received a roughing penalty.  During the penalty kill, Dylan Hyers and Oliver Gunski kept the puck away from the Grizzlies net.  At 1:07, Colin Holt made a great save during the penalty kill.  Holt had a total of 5 shots on net.

Second period, Lebanon’s Ryan Demren scored at 14:14.  At 5:43, Grizzlies thought they had a goal, but the puck was just outside of the net.  At the same time, Goffstown called for a time-out.  Holt had a total of 8 shots on net at the end of the second period.

In the first minute of the third period, Holt made three great saves.  At 13:14, Nick Nault almost scored but hit the post.  At 12:38, Brendan Kelley scored from Nate Demren and Nate Garlepy.  At 11:16, Chace Dearborn received a cross-checking penalty.  Another penalty was called on Oliver Gunski for cross-checking at 10:35.   Goffstown called a time-out to regroup.  With three on five; Dylan Hyers, Nick Nault and Connor Easton kept the puck away from the net, Holt had one shot during this battle.  Tyler Riendeau, Ian Gately and Nick Nault continued to keep the puck away from net during the three on five.  At 6:34, Lebanon called for a time-out.  At 3:09, Greenwood received a roughing penalty.  Dylan Hyers scored at the last 51.0 seconds left of the game.  At 39.0 seconds left, Mike Seimiesz gave a great clean check.  At 38.7 seconds left, Chace Dearborn received a tripping penalty.  Colin Holt had a total of 21 shots on net at the end of the game.

Coach Paul Roy’s comment of the game, “Tonight was Dylan Hyer’s first high school varsity goal.  It was great to see!”

Next game is on Saturday, February 28th at 5:00pm against Keene High School at Cheshire Ice Arena.
