First period, Colin Holt made a great save from Dover’s Brendan Nichols strong shot at 8:51.  Connor Easton made a great pass to Ian Gately and almost scored at 8:19.  Holt made another great save from Dover’s Jesse Frase at 6:07, and Holt made another great save at 5:35.  At 5:04, Dover’s Kieran Lombard scored from Steven Constas and Eric Degragorio.  Colin took a total of 11 shots at the end of first period.

Second period, Dover almost scored at 13:04 but Holt kicked the puck away from the net.  Oliver Gunski received the first penalty for tripping at 10:58.  Soon after the puck dropped, Dover’s Cam Crowley scored during their power play from Tim Burke at 10:52.  Gately went behind Dover’s net and wrapped it around for a goal at 10:16.  At 8:48, Dover’s Steven Constas almost scored but Holt made a great save.  Dover’s Cam Crowley received their first penalty for cross-checking at 6:34.  As the puck dropped during the power play, Ian Gately tipped the puck in for a score from Connor Easton and Nick Nault at 6:28.  Dover’s Cam Crowley scored from a rebound at 5:45 with Brad Bishop assist.  At 3:26, Sam Greenwood had a break away and scored with Nick Nault with the assist.  Holt took a total of 27 shots at the end of second period.

Third period, Noah Charron scored at 8:29 with Ian Gately for the assist.  Dover called for a time out at 1:41.  Dover pulled their goalie and at 1:14, the whistle blew for Dover’s hand pass.  Dover’s goalie returned to the net.  Holt made an incredible save at 39.3 seconds left of the game.  Goffstown called for a time out, and Dover pulled their goalie out again.  At 26.7 seconds, Ian Gately shot from the Goffstown zone and missed the Dover empty net by inches.  Holt had a total of 37 shots on net.  Grizzlies win 4 to 3.

Coach Roy’s comment of the game, “There were two heroes today, Colin Holt for the many saves and Noah Charron for scoring the winning goal.”

Next game is Saturday, February 14th against the undefeated team, Spaulding High School at Rochester Ice Arena at 7:30pm.  GO GRIZZLIES!
