Goffstown's Varsity Golf Team may have played it's way into the Division 2 Tournament today be defeating two teams today at Amherst CC. Goffstown scored a season high 104 points to outscore Portsmouth (96) and Souhegan (78) and come away with 2 wins. That brings their seasons record to 11 wins and 14 losses which should carry them to the tournament at Sky Meadow CC on October 17th. 

Andrew McCarthy came up big with a 24 point performance. He was followed by Colby Gamache who also came up big with 23 points. Other players who contributed to the scoring were Grady Crieton with 20 points, Elizabeth Ashford with 19 points, Damien Hamel and Nathan Stevens each had 18 points to round out the scoring. 

The team now moves on to the one day playoff. On any given day any one of this teams' players can contribute to a victory. That is what they will be looking for on October 17th.
