MILFORD HIGH SCHOOL: 0
JV Softball defeated Milford 15-0 on Wednesday 5/4/16. The Grizzlies' offense started out slow with only 3 hits in the first few innings, but came alive in the 4th. Freshman Teghan Coyle had two triples; Freshman Justine Watterson had two triples and a single; Freshman Kaylee Molan had a double and two singles; Sophomores Sloane French and Dani Vermette each had two singles. Freshmen Michaela Boisvert, Leea Sarvela, Emily Fournier, and Sophomore Paige Fontaine all contributed one single each as well. French pitched all 5 innings for the Grizzlies, with 14 K's and one put-out, earning her a perfect game. The JV Softball teams plays again today, Friday 5/6/16, at home vs. Manchester West.
