JOHN STARK REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL: 2
The Grizzlies walked away with the victory in their fourth game of the season defeating the Generals of John Stark 12 to 2 in 5 innings Friday, April 22nd at John Stark High School. The Grizzlies were led by Tyler Santoro who threw a complete game while striking out 6 Generals, not allowing a walk and scattering 5 hits. The Grizzlies were led at the plate by Colin Burke (2 for 2 with a double, single, walk 2 runs scored and 2 RBI's) and Will Soucy (2 for 3 with a double, single, fielders choice, 1 run scored, 2 RBI's and a stolen base). Doherty, LeFave, Capmbell, Cook, Dodge and Santoro all reached base twice safely in the game as well. The Grizzlies defense was much improved in this game compared to their previous game this week against Hanover HS.
