Goffstown Grizzlies improved their record to 2-0 on Thursday with a team win on the road against Manchester Memorial High School. Katryn Maley dominated the draw control helping Goffstown maintain possession for the majority of the game and run a balanced, settled offense. At least 7 players contributed to the scoring effort and more than 50% of the 15 goals scored were assisted. The defensive unit held the Crusaders to less than six shots on goal, corralling each fast break attempt and causing many turnovers. Goal Keepers Maddie Sage, Cami Leathers and Abaigeal Estano combined time in goal to maintain the shutout win. The Grizzlies next play The Derryfield School on Tuesday April 20 at 4pm at home.
