TIMBERLANE REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL: 8
The Lady Grizzlies traveled to Timberlane on Thursday April 13 to face the Owls in their season opener. After trailing the Owls by 3 at the end of the first half, the Grizzlies managed to mount a second half attack and gained a 7-6 lead; however, the Owls answered and capitalized on a fast break and another scoring opportunity and went up 8-7 to win. The Grizzlies scoring came from Alyssa Bourque (4), Charlotte Bausha (2), and Elizabeth Ashford (1).
The Grizzlies fall to 0-1 and are Home on Monday April 17 to face Alvirne.
