The Lady Grizzlies hosted Timberlane on Tuesday May 24 in their second match-up of the season with the Owls, and won 13-3. The Grizzlies scoring came from Sydney Dubois (5), Alyssa Bourque (2), Chloe Smith (2), Sarah Cuddy (1), Monique Sirois (1), Sydney Duda (1) and Ali Larochelle (1).
The Grizzlies defense was successful at causing many turn-overs and limiting the Owls shooting options. Goaltender Kersten Daneau turned away 5 shots on goal.
The Grizzlies improve to 7-6 and are on the road Thursday against Spaulding.
