TIMBERLANE REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL: 5
The Lady Grizzlies faced the Timberlane Owls on Wednesday on the road and came away with a 9-5 victory. The team worked together to possess the ball and was patient in their work around the 12 meter arc to make each shot count. The defensive unit worked hard to create turnovers and made effective progression passes into the midfield to transition the ball. Goaltender Kersten Daneau remained focused, turning away more than 12 shots. Scoring for the Grizzlies was: Alyssa Bourque (2), Sydney Dubois (2); Katie Buciak (2), Sarah Cuddy (1), Maya Harvey (1), and Chloe Smith (1). The Grizzlies record improves to 4-4 with still half of their season ahead of them.
