JOHN STARK REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL: 6
The Lady Grizzlies traveled to neighboring Weare to take on the John Stark Generals on Friday and despite their effort came up short. Both teams were evenly matched and each possession counted. At the half the Grizzlies trailed by 2 with a score of 4-2 and despite their focus, could not minimize the deficit in the second half. When the clock ran down at the end of the game the score was 6-3. Scoring for the Grizzlies was Sydney Gagnon, Chloe Smith and Maya Harvey each with one. The Defense worked hard to make adjustments to stop the Generals offensive unit. Kersten Daneau played a solid game to keep the Grizzlies alive.
