Nate Proulx tossed a shutout to lift Grizzlies to a 2-0 win over Conval in seven innings.
Conval had no answer for Proulx, who kept runners off the basepaths in his appearance. Proulx gave up just one hit, allowed no earned runs, walked two and struck out 10 during his seven innings of work.
A a single by Isaac Blake in the seventh inning cost Proulx his no-hit bid.
Matt Davis was charged with the loss. He lasted just 5 2/3 innings, walked four, struck out one, and allowed two runs.
Grizzlies went up for good in the sixth, scoring two runs on.
