JOHN STARK REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL: 1
The Grizzlies jumped out to an early lead on John Stark and captured an 11-1 victory on Friday. With 11 runs in the first three innings, Grizzlies left no doubt about the eventual outcome. An error and a two-run double by Cam Bond during the second inning helped Grizzlies put some runs on the board early. Bond racked up three RBIs on two hits for Grizzlies. Tyler Small got the win for Grizzlies thanks to six strikeouts. Small allowed one earned run, three hits and two walks over five innings. Aubin took the loss for John Stark. He lasted just 1 1/3 innings, walked three, struck out one, and allowed three runs. Grizzlies tacked on another eight runs in the third. Matt Woodward singled, plating Kyle Perron to start the inning. That was followed up by Jacob Hunt's single, scoring Cody Morel.
