The GHS Varsity Golf team has worked very hard this week competing in 2 matches. The first match was at Beaver Meadow Golf Course, Goffstown faced Bishop Brady and Plymouth. GHS got off to a slow start with Plymouth and Bishop Brady taking an early lead.  Goffstown was able to overcome the deficit, battling back on the shoulders of Anthony Eberhadt who posted the lowest round with a score of 41. As a team, they posted a score of 217 just above of Bishop Brady at 215, and outperformed Plymouth who posted a score of 236.

During the second match of the week, Tyler Cook and medalist Gavin Macentee both had a solid performance at Amherst Country Club both shooting a 38 and 35 respectively. With the help of Taylor Post, Ethan Smith, and Curtis McKay GHS was able to post a score of 201. The field was extremely competitive and although the team had an outstanding day on the links, Trinity ended up on top posting a score of 200. GHS was able to hold off Milford who posted a score of 207.
