Goffstown's Varsity Golf team started strong today winning their first match of the 2015 season. They defeated a strong field athletes from Oyster River High School and Merrimack Valley High School. The final score for today's match was Goffstown:197, Oyster River:236, and Merrimack Valley:261. All starting varsity golfers posted sub 45 rounds on the front 9 of Stonebridge Country Club. The top 5 scorers had 3 athletes posting sub 40 rounds, Medalist senior Taylor Post posted the lowest score of 37, senior Tyler Cook and junior Kyler Osborne posted a 39, while senior Anthony Eberhadt and junior Hunter Gendron posted rounds of 41.
