The Grizzlies walked away with a victory in their third game of the season defeating the Marauders of Hanover High School 14 to 8 in 7 innings on Wednesday, April 20th at Lions Field. The Grizzlies were led on offense by Nick LaBrie ( 2 for 3 with 1 double 1 single, 1 run scored and 2 RBI's), Jeremy Barss (2 for 2 with 1 double and 1 single, 2 runs scored and 2 RBI's) and Tyler Santoro (1 for 3 with a Home Run and 2 RBI's). The Grizzlies were down 6 to 0 early after 2 innings due to some missed plays on defense and lack of production on offense until they broke out for 6 runs in the 3rd inning to tie the game. Clay Campbell started for the Grizzlies and went 2 and 2/3 innings striking out 4. Carter Chouinard came in relief with 2 outs in the 3rd and threw the remaining 4 1/3 innings while striking out 5 to earn the win for the Grizzlies.
