JOHN STARK REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL: 0
The Grizzlies came away victorious topping John Stark 17 to 0 in 5 innings. Carter Chouinard flirted with a perfect game but ended up losing it in the 4th inning. Carter went all 5 innings allowing 1 hit, 1 walk, 0 runs and struck out 8 in the dominant performance. The Grizzlies offense was led by Freshman, Jeremy Barss who went 3 for 4 with a walk (3 singles), 1 run scored and 2 RBI's. The Grizzlies were very patient at the plate and were able to collect 14 walks and added 10 timely hits to account for their 17 runs. Cody Morel had a 3 RBI triple in the 5th, Nick Mattison and Carter Chouinard also added 2 RBI's on the day. The Grizzlies will pick up the action on Tuesday, May 26th at 4:30 pm against Hanover at Lions Field in Goffstown.
