JOHN STARK REGIONAL HIGH SCHOOL: 0
The Grizzlies came out victorious in their second game of the season over John Stark HS 30 to 0. The Grizzlies got a strong pitching performance from sophomore Tyler Small who threw a 4 inning shutout while scattering 2 hits, 1 walk and striking out 9. The Grizzlies offensive explosion was due to patient at bats and timely hitting. Freshman Nick Labrie went 3 for 3 with a double, 2 runs scored and 4 RBIs; Freshman Taylor French went 3 for 3 with 1 run scored and 2 RBIs; Sophomore Tyler Small helped his day on the mound by going 3 for 4 at the plate with 4 runs scored and 3 RBIS and Cody Morel added his 1st home run of the season for the Grizzlies. The Grizzlies will hope to continue their winning ways on Saturday, April 25th at 12:00 pm at Lions Field against Merrimack Valley HS.
